Address List Format

An address list format is a very basic format where you can add the client's last and first name along with your address. You can also mention the state or province from which your client is dealing with you. This is again a blank format, keeping your ease in mind. You will need to insert relevant information into each column and then print. The address list template is prepared in MS Excel and can be altered as required. You can also make the necessary changes after downloading.
