The simple service invoice format is a detailed invoice which stores the information provided by the user either in store or at a shop. It provides details of service tax, the quantity, the name of parts, price and amount paid with reference number. The red area provided on the top right side is for adding a reference number or invoice number in order to attach it with an accounting system.
